| 摘 要： | 由教育部、铁道部统一监制的学生购票优惠卡，是针对学生购票中存在的一些违规现象提出来的，尚存在一些问题。文章根据这一情况，基于教育政务信息化的基础设施试点工程教育信息数据中心和ASI提出了一个学生票IC卡管理系统。
