丙烷选择氧化制丙烯酸催化剂研发现状

摘    要:介绍了丙烷选择氧化制丙烯酸催化剂VP0系催化剂、杂多酸及其盐类催化剂、多组分混合金属氧化物催化剂的研究现状、发展过程。VPO系催化剂最先用于催化丙烷选择氧化制丙烯酸反应,但生成丙烯酸的选择性和收率均不高,最好的丙稀酸收率只有18.8%。杂多酸类催化剂的催化性能一般,特别是其热稳定性差,在丙烷氧化反应的温度下,容易发生结构变化,失去活性。混合金属氧化物(MMO)催化剂发展较晚,近年来受到广泛关注,采用此催化剂获得了48%的丙稀酸收率,具有很好的开发前景。

Abstract:The recent developments and the present state of the catalyst used in selective oxidation propane to acrylic acid were reviewed.Special attention was given to three classes of leading catalysts:vanadium pyrophosphate (VPO),heterpolyacid and their salts,and mixed metal oxides (MMO).Although VPO type catalyst was the first used in the selective oxidation of propane to acrylic acid,its selectivity and yield of acrylic acid was quite limited.The highest acrylic acid yield was only 18.8%.Helterpolyacid catalyst exhibited common performance.MMO type catalyst stimulated an enormous (amount) of interests,and its acrylic acid yield was up to 48%.MMO type catalyst had a bright future.
