摘 要: | 塑料齿轮在当今工业领域中的应用越来越广泛。注射成型是制造塑料齿轮的主要途径,所以模具是决定塑料齿轮质量的关键。由于注射成型时塑料的变形与收缩影响齿轮的精度和寿命,所以对模具的型腔、浇口采用特殊的设计。

Abstract: | Plastic gear is more and more widely applied in today's industry. Injection molding is the main way to manufacture plastic gear, therefore, mold is the key to the quality of plastic gears. Because deformation and contraction of the plastic affect the accuracy and life of gear, the mold cavity and gate are designed specially. |
