工作场所空气中乙酸测定方法的研究

摘    要:建立了工作场所中硅胶管吸附空气中乙酸用丙酮解吸后酸性毛细管柱气相色谱( FID)测定乙酸的方法。通过测试该方法的精密度、准确度、解吸效率,结果令人满意,结果表明本方法适用于工作场所中空气中乙酸的测定。

Abstract:Silica gel tube adsorption in the air in the workplace was established after acetic acid with acetone desorption acidic capillary column gas chromatography method was developed for the determination of acetic acid(FID). By testing the accuracy, precision and desorption efficiency of this method, the result was satisfactory, and the results showed that this method was suitable for the determination of acetic acid in the air in the workplace.
