| 摘 要： | 实验教学是培养学生实践能力和创新思维的重要环节。为了提高地方新建本科院校微生物学实验教学质量，有必要对微生物学实验教学模式进行改革。文章从加强教师队伍建设、优化实验教学内容、采用现代化教学手段、改革实验考核体系、加强校企合作等几个方面进行简单的微生物学实验教学改革的探索，着重培养学生动手能力、创新能力，提高学生的综合素质，以适应现代社会对人才的需求。

| Abstract: | The experimental teaching was an important teaching link to cultivate students＇ practical ability and creative thinking. In order to improve the quality of teaching microbiological experiments of the new established universities, it was necessary to reform the microbiology experiment teaching. The teaching reforms were explored of microbiology experiment, from the aspects of strengthening the construction of teachers, optimization of experimental teaching content, using of modern teaching methods, reforming experimental examination system and the strengthen school-enterprise cooperation, emphasizing on cultivating students＇ practical ability, innovation ability, and improving the overall quality of students to meet the needs of modern society for talent. |
