摘    要:以天然可生物降解高分子壳聚糖为原料,通过在壳聚糖氨基上引入辛基作为疏水基,在羟基上引入琥珀酸酐作为亲水基,形成具有两亲性的壳聚糖.通过红外、紫外和差热法对最终产物进行了表征,证实疏水基团和亲水基团成功引入壳聚糖.芘荧光探针法测定产物,胁界胶束质量浓(CMC)为0.072mg/mL.双亲修饰的壳聚糖可在水中形成胶柬且具有pH敏感性.紫外透光率和粒径联合评价其pH响应范围为4.55.5.

Synthesis and Characterization of pH-Response Amphiphilic Chitosan Derivatives

Abstract:An amphipathic chitosan was synthesized using hydrophobic and hydrophilic chitosans prepared by grafting octyl and carboxyl benzoyl groups onto the natural biodegradable polymer chitosan. The chemical structure of galactosylated chitosan was characterized by FTIR, UVS, DSC, and proved the successful grafting of hydrophobic group and hydrophilic group onto the chitosan. The CMC of the chitosan derivatives was determinated to be 0.072mg/mL by Pyrene fluorescence probe method. The pH sensitivity of the pH-sensitive chitosan was evaluated by the ultraviolet-infrared spectrometer and particle size instrument, and the results showed that the range of the pH-sensitivity was 4.5-5.5.
