圆锯片横向再生颤振模型及计算

摘    要:通过分析圆锯片切割工件横向振动情况,得出横向再生切削力表达形式。基于Kirchhoff线弹性板理论建立圆锯片横向再生颤振方程式。利用伽辽金法对横向颤振方程进行变换,得出以各阶振型分量为变量的延迟微分方程组,并用状态变量形式表示延迟微分方程组。通过延迟微分方程组状态变量表达形式编写MATLAB函数来描述圆锯片切割系统横向再生颤振的动态模型,调用dde函数求解各阶振型分量随时间的变化关系,从而得出圆锯片横向再生颤振响应。

Abstract:The lateral regenerative cutting force can be found through analyzing the lateral vibration of circular saws in working condition. So the governing equation for lateral regenerative chatter is obtained based on the Kirchhoff plate theoretical. Applying the Galerkin procedure leads to a delay differential equations which contain each order of unknown mode shape component. A MTLAB program which describe the lateral regenerative chatter of circular saws is compiled through expressing the delay differential equations as state variables. Each order of mode shape component can be solved by call the DDE function. So the lateral regenerative chatter of circular saws can be calculated.
