两级抗滑桩对坡顶建筑物的安全控制研究

摘    要:采用两级抗滑桩对边(滑)坡进行治理过程中,当坡顶存在建筑物或者规划建设建筑物时,除了考虑边坡的整体稳定性,还必须良好控制坡顶土体位移量,从而保障坡顶建筑物的安全和稳定。该文通过建立有限元计算模型,分析了两级抗滑桩对坡顶土体位移的控制效果,探讨了浅基础离边坡的安全距离及深基础对边坡稳定性的影响。得到以下结论:坡顶土体位移主要受到二级抗滑桩的控制,且二级抗滑桩距离坡肩越近,坡顶土体位移越小;当坡顶存在浅基础时,坡顶土体位移越大,建筑物所需的安全距离(离边坡的距离)越大;当坡顶存在深基础时,桩基距离边坡坡肩越近,对边坡的稳定性越不利;相对于桩基所受垂直荷载,水平荷载对边坡的稳定性影响更显著。在此基础上,对广西某滑坡进行了优化设计,最终实测结果表明两级抗滑桩对桩顶土体位移控制效果良好。

Abstract:In order to ensure the safety and stability of the building which exists or to be constructed on the top of slope, in the process of slope (landslide) treatment using dual anti-slide piles, apart from considering the overall stability of the slope, soil displacement at slope top should also be controlled properly. In this paper, the finite element calculation model of dual anti-slide piles is established, and the control effect on soil displacement at the top of slope is analyzed. The safety distance between shallow foundation and slope and the influence of deep foundation on slope stability are discussed. The conclusion is as follows:the soil displacement is mainly controlled by secondary anti-slide pile, and the closer the secondary anti-slide pile is to slope shoulder, the smaller the soil displacement at slope top will be; for slope top with shallow foundation, the greater the soil displacement is, the bigger the required safe distance of building (to the slope) will be; for slope top with deep pile foundation, the closer the distance between pile foundation and the slope shoulder, the weaker the slope stability will be; and compared with the vertical load on pile foundation, the horizontal load has more significant effect on slope stability; the result of final actual measurement on the optimized design of a slope in Guangxi shows that the dual anti-slide piles have good effect on controlling soil displacement at slope top.
