| 摘 要： | 从资源、产业、产品3个方面分析了节能减排亟待解决的主要问题,针对性地提出了研究内容,构建了科技支撑节能减排的体系及机制,提出了科技支撑节能减排的对策。对我国研究科技支撑节能减排的机制与对策具有借鉴作用。
