高精度模糊控制策略在水轮机调节系统中的应用

摘    要:设计了高精度模糊控制器的输入、输出伸缩因子及模糊控制规则;对水轮机调节系统的电液随动系统建立一阶、三阶、五阶数学模型。分别用固定参数PID控制器、普通模糊控制器和高精度模糊控制器,对水轮机受负荷干扰、传递系数变化的情况进行了仿真研究,得出以下结论:(1)应以三阶电液随动系统模型为参考设计PID控制器;(2)在被控对象数学模型不够精确、参数发生变化或发生负荷扰动时,高精度模糊控制策略的动态特性好,鲁棒性强。

Abstract:The input and output contraction-expansion factor,the fuzzy control rule of high precise fuzzy controller are designed herein,and then the one stage,three stage,five stage math models for the electro-hydraulic servo system of the turbine governing system are set up.The turbine in some cases,such as under the interference from the load and under the variation of the transfer coefficient etc.,is simulated with the fixed parameters PID controller,the normal fuzzy controller and the high precise fuzzy controller respectively;from which the conclusions are given hereinafter:(1)the three stage math model of electro-hydraulic servo system should be taken as the reference for the design of PID controller;(2)when the math model of the controlled object is not precise enough,or the parameters are variable,or loads are variable,the high precise fuzzy controller are better with good dynamic characteristics and strong robustness.
