摘    要:近年来,随着新仪器的引进和新技术的开发,有机地球化学实验技术取得了较大进展.在有机质制备上开发了超临界萃取技术和微波萃取技术;气相色谱分析技术上开发出高温气相色谱分析、天然气重烃指纹分析及原油轻烃分析技术;建立了有机质含氮化合物和含氧化合物分离、检测技术;引进、消化了GC-MS-MS分析技术;应用了包裹体均一温度和显微红外光谱分析技术,研究油气成藏期次;建立了基于荧光图像分析技术和罐装轻烃分析技术判别油水层新方法.新技术和新方法的建立及应用,为解决油气勘探中的实际问题提供了有效手段.

Abstract:In recent years,with introduction of new instruments and development of new technology,geochemistry experimental technology makes a great progress.Supercritical fluid extraction and microwave extraction are successfully used to extract rocks.High temperature gas chromatography and light hydrocarbon analytic methods of natural gas and oil are developed.Analytical method of pyrrolic nitrogen compounds and oxygenated nonhydrocarbon is used to study hydrocarbon migration.Analysis method of biomarker gas chromatography mass spectrometer-mass spectrometer(GC-MS-MS) is developed for identifying microcomponent of biomarker,separating complicated components and qualitative and quantitative analysis on unknown components.Micro-FT.IR.is used to analyze compounds in fluid inclusion.New reservoir geochemistry analytic methods including light hydrocarbons and fluorescent image techniques are efficient to differentiate water and oil in reservoir.These methods have been proved effective to solve problems in oil and gas exploration and development.
