| 摘 要： | 首先回顾了我国农产品供应链体系的现状，其中包括现货市场供应链子体系、远期市场供应链子体系与期货市场供应链子体系。其次分析了当前我国农产品流通的主体——现货市场供应链体系的结构特性及其负面影响，并结合现实将农产品电子商务对供应链的改善作用总结为非中介化、再中介化、信息中介、垂直门户以及价值网五种不同的实现方式，最后提出了农产品供应链利用价值网实现优化的远景目标。

| Abstract: | This paper reviewed the agricultural products' supply chains system in our country, including spot market, forward contract and futures based supply chains. On the basis of analyzing the structural characteristics and the negative effects in the spot market based supply chains, which is the most primary mode in the agricultural product circulation. This paper summarized five improvement realizations of the E-commerce to the agricultural products supply chain in spot market: Disintermediation, Reintermediation, Infomediary, Vertical Porta, and Value nets. Finally this paper proposes the perspective of using the value nets to optimize the agricultural products' supply chains. |
