用创新的精神走好水电设备“走出去”之路

本文从中国水电建设趋势放缓、水电设备制造业能力过剩、低碳经济将促进新一轮水电开发及新兴经济体国家水电开发需求旺盛等几个方面论述了中国水电设备"走出去"的必要性,然后介绍了中国水利水电科学研究院在采用新产品、新技术、新工艺及"量体裁衣"创新设计方面的具体做法,并论证和分析了采用国际标准、发达国家的国家标准以及将先进的中国技术标准推向国际对中国水电设备"走出去"战略的保证作用,结合几年来的实践分析了人民币升值、国际金融风暴等变化给水电设备出口带来的风险及机遇,为中国水电设备"走出去"提出了技术创新及标准国际化的品牌战略。

A creative way of exportation of Chinese electric and mechanical equipments

The paper discussed the necessity of exportation of Chinese electric and mechanical equipments,which has been resulted from excess in manufacture capacity of hydropower equipment due to a moderating trend of hydropower development in China,promotion of low carbon economy,active demand of the newly emerging economies in the world and so on.The new product,technology,process techniques and innovatively customized design adopted in China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research have been introduced.The importance of using international standards,standards in developed countries and in China is discussed,with special emphases on internationalization of the Chinese technical standards.The risks as well as opportunities for exportation of electric and mechanical equipments due to the appreciation of RMB and international financial crisis have been analyzed.A creative way of exporting hydropower equipment on brand strategy based on technique innovation and standards internationalization is put forward.
