煤及焦炭改性路用沥青的研究

摘    要:采用无烟煤和焦炭对国产普通沥青进行了改性研究 .对煤和焦炭改性沥青的技术性能和感温性进行了比较 ,并探讨了煤及焦炭的组成、结构及性能对改性沥青性能的影响 .通过系统的室内实验 ,全面地研究和评价了改性沥青的技术性能和针入度指数 .结果表明 :煤及焦炭改性剂可以有效改善沥青的技术性能和感温性 ,提高沥青的软化点和当量软化点 ( T80 0 ) ,并具有成本低 ,制备简单的特点 .

Abstract:The modification of the asphalt with anthracitic coal and coke were studied in this paper. The properties and viscosity-temperature susceptibility of the modified asphalt were comparatively analyzed. Some factors, such as composition, structure and properties of the coal and coke which affected the properties of modified asphalt, were discussed. The properties and penetration index of the modified asphalt were studied and evaluated, respectively. The results showed that the anthracitic coal and coke could markedly improve the properties and viscosity-temperature susceptibility, and increase softening point and equivalent softening point (T 800). Therefore, the modified asphalt could be used as an excellent binder for pavement for low price and simple process.
