| 摘 要： | 根据淮阴第二抽水站调水水质控制试验期间对水量、水质同步跟踪监测结果，分析并给出该抽水站在启动抽水期(初抽期)和正常抽水期(抽水期)的配水调度方案，以确保南水北调、蔷薇河送清水以及淮安市城乡居民生活用水等水质要求，该站水量、水质同步调度全国少有，江苏省尚属首例。

| Abstract: | In order to guarantee clear water to Rose river and supply qualified drinking water to the inhabitants of Huaian, a plan is obtained for the water resources regulation in initial pumping stage and normal one based on the result of water quality and water quantity experiment in the second pumping station in Huaiyin. |
