| 摘 要： | 通过正交实验合成一种季铵盐型阳离子粘土稳定剂。当粘土稳定剂加量为1%时,其防膨率可以达到87.6%。与NH4Cl复配可以提高其防膨率并节约成本,同时保证其很好的热稳定性。岩屑滚动回收和耐水洗实验证明该粘土稳定剂具有长效性。

| Abstract: | The paper induces the cationic clay stabilizer with quaternary ammonium type by orthogonal experiment. Its anti-swelling rate can reach to 87.6% ,when the addition amount of the clay stabilizer is 1%. Meanwhile,remixing with NH4Cl shall improve its anti-swelling rate and save the economic cost. In addition,the polymer has nice thermal stability. Its long effectiveness has been demonstrated by the recovery of cuttings rolling experiment and the wash durability test. |
