电动自行车综合性能测试台的研制

摘    要:介绍了一种简单实用的电动自行车综合性能测试台,根据电动自行车的国家标准,确定了主要测试项目以及各项目的技术指标,论述了电动自行车的车速,续行里程,载荷,蓄电池的放电电压和放电电流等被测项目的测试原理及实现方法,提出了一种基于8031单片机的智能化测试方法,同时给出了测试台的基本结构和软硬件组成,测试台将电动自行车被测项目中的非电量和电量集中在一个智能化测试系统中进行检测,整个测试台精度高,可靠性好,使用方便,易于维护。

Abstract:This paper introduces a simple and practical test board to test the comprehensive per- formance of electric bicycles. According to the national standard of electric bicycles,main testing items and the technical targets are defined,and the testing principle and implementation method of these testing items(such as speed,range,load,discharge voltage and current of battery)are described. An intelligent testing method is put forward based on 8031 single-chip microcomputer. The basic structure, software and hardware configurations are also presented in this paper. The electric quantity and non-electric quantity of the items are measured in an intelligent testing system on the test board. This test board has the advantage of high precision, good reliability, and easy maintenance.
