热致液晶聚合物与聚醚砜原位复合材料再加工性能的研究

摘    要:本文研究了热致液晶聚合物TLCPKU9231和聚醚砜(PES)原位复合材料的再加工性能,在PES中加入25ωt%的TLCPKU9231,拉伸强度大幅度提高,再次加工时拉伸强度虽略有下降,但仍远远高于PES的拉伸强度.随着循环加工次数增加,拉伸强度明显下降.

Abstract:The cycling processability of in-situ composite of a thermotropic liquid crystalline polymer(TLCP) KU9231 and polyether sulfone (PES) was investigated. The tensile strength of PES wasenhanced appreciably by adding to 25wt% TLCP KU9231. When the TLCP/PEC blend was reprocnad,its tensile strensth was slishtly reduced but was still much higher than PES one. Then, thetensile sttength of the blend regrinding was distinctly descended with cycle processing times.
