Abstract:Based on the background of the reorganization in telecommunications, it analyzes the core issues on all-service operation which are the connotation and relationship between customer and product, and proposes the further concepts of customer, such as "individual and community", "the virtual and the actual", and gives an operation pattern for the rela- tionship between customer and product whose feature is "scenario-based information application". Finally, a relevant policy is given to support the operation pattern.
