| 摘 要： | 本方法叙述了聚酯热熔胶在其溶剂-沉淀剂的混合液中加热“溶胀”，再利用搅拌破碎、经冷却成粉的过程．计算出聚酯胶的溶解应参数（δ＝21．8），参照此值选择溶剂和沉淀剂，并确定混合液的配比．文中还对制粉工艺和混合胶粒制粉的性能进行了阐述．

| Abstract: | The Polyester bot -melt adhcsive powder can be prepared by adding the polyester adhesive into the mixture of solvent and precipitating agent,heating to make it dissolve and swell stirring and cooling. The calculated solubility parameter (δ = 21.8) of the polyester adhesive is useful not onlyfor selecting solvent and precipitatiating agent, but also for determiningthe ratio of the mlxed solution com-positions. The process to manufacturepowder and the poperties of the poxvder which is made from mixed polyesteadhesives were studied. |
