摘    要:从硅片切割废料浆中回收聚乙二醇,对减轻环境污染、提高资源利用率意义重大.聚乙二醇的回收过程中蕴含大量的余热,回收利用这些余热,将其用于锅炉补水的加热和脱色前的聚乙二醇预热,可以获得可观的经济、环境和社会效益.

Abstract:Recovery of polyethylene glycol from the single crystal and polycrystalline silicon cutting waste plays an important role on reducing environmental pollution and improving resource utilization.There contains a large amount of waste heat in the recovery process of polyethylene glycol.The recycling of the waste heat can be carried out for heating boiler water and preheating polyethylene glycol before decolorization,which can not only get considerable economic benefit,but also get environmental benefit and social benefit.
