| 摘 要： | 以蒸馏水为提取溶剂,检测波长为272 nm.采用紫外分光光度法测定了荼碱缓释片中的茶碱含量.结果表明,茶碱浓度在1.5～13.5μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好（R=0.9997）.平均加标回收率为97.34％,RSD为0.70％.该法操作简单、快速,结果准确,适用于茶碱缓释片中茶碱含量的测定.

| Abstract: | The content of theophylline in theophylline sustained-release tablet was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry by using distilled water as solvent.The detection wavelength was 272 nm.The calibration curve was linear in the range of 1.5～13.5 μg · mL-1 （R=0.9997） and the average recovery was 97.34％,RSD was 0.70 ％.The method was rapid and simple with accurate result,which could be used for the quality control and determination of content of theophylline in theophylline sustained-release tablet. |
