铂电阻传感器自动检定系统设计与实现

摘    要:文章对制冷恒温槽的温控器、数显式温度标准器、扫描采集器等检定设备的串口通信协议进行了研究,利用VB 6.0和SQL2000设计了铂电阻传感器自动检定系统,测试结果表明:该系统无需硬件投入,性能可靠,操作方便,可满足铂电阻传感器检定需要,对提高检定效率、保证检定数据的可靠性具有重要的意义.

Abstract:This paper researches the serial communication protocols of test equipments such as temperature controller of refrigering thermostat,digital temperature standard implement and scanning acquisition etc. Based on VB 6.0 and SQL2000, the automatic verification system of platinum resistance transmitter has been designed. The testing results show that there is no need to have a hardware investment for the system. This system is of reliable performance and easy operation, which can meet calibration requirements of platinum resistance temperature sensor. It has important meaning to improve the verification efficiency and to ensure the data reliability.
