负压实型铸造在实践性教学中的应用

摘    要:概述了负压实型铸造的发展过程及我国负压实型铸造存在的问题,介绍了我校负压实型铸造生产线的应用。负压实型铸造是一门发展中的综合性多学科的铸造新技术系统工程,尤其在我国还存在许多问题,需要做深入的工作。利用负压实型铸造生产线开展实践教学极为有利。除了学生综合能力和素质得到培养外,同时,为消失模生产在我国的推广起到积极的推动。

Abstract:TIn this paper,the developed process,the problems at home and the application in DUT of EPC were described.EPC is a new developing technology related to plastic,casting,mechatronics and chemical engineering,so many problems about it need to be studied and resolved.It is better to develop practice teaching by employing EPC process.The practical education not only will provide good opportunity to cultivate students' innovation concept,practical ability,the ability of scientific study and good comprehensive qualification,but also can promote the production of EPC at home.
