摘    要:取代芳环硼酸(酯)的合成方法主要有:有机锂试剂法、格氏试剂法和钯催化氧硼基化法.对上述合成方法及其优缺点和进展进行了综述。

Abstract:The main methods on the synthesis of substituent aryl boronic acids or esters included: organic lithium reagent method,Grignard reagent method and Palladium(O)-Catalyzed coupling method.And the merits and disadvantages of the above methods were discussed.
