摘    要:设计了一种基于压力流量复合控制的盾构推进液压系统,对液压缸进行了分组控制.分组中的压力传感器和位移传感器可实时检测液压缸的推进压力和推进位移,与比例溢流阀和比例调速阀构成闭环压力控制和闭环速度控制.利用AMESim和MATLAB/Simulink仿真软件对系统进行了动态仿真分析,采用模糊PID控制策略实现了推进压力和推进速度的实时仿真控制,并在模拟试验台上进行了实验分析.仿真和实验结果表明,所设计的推进液压系统能够满足推进过程中推进压力和推进速度的要求,同时通过实时调节推进速度在35 mm/min进行推土控制,能较好地控制密封仓内土压力为0.018~0.028 MPa,从而实现土压平衡.

Abstract:A thrust hydraulic system of shield tunnelling machine with pressure and flow compound control was designed, and hydraulic cylinders were also controlled in groups. In the control system, pressure sensor and displacement sensor real-time measured the pressure and the displacement of hydraulic cylinder. They formed the closed loop pressure control and the closed loop speed control with proportional pressure relief valve and proportional flow control valve respectively. Dynamic simulation analyses were carried out with the tool of AMESim software and MATLAB/Simulink software. Simulation control of the thrust pressure and the thrust speed were realized by applying the fuzzy-PID control strategy. Experimental analyses were also carried out on the simulator test rig. The simulations and experimental results show that the designed thrust hydraulic system can meet the requirements of the thrust pressure and the thrust speed in tunnelling. The earth pressure of closed chamber can be controlled in the range of 0. 018 -0. 028 MPa by real-time regulating the thrust speed in the value of 35 mm/min. Finally, the earth pressure balance can be realized.
