| 摘 要： | 为提高电力企业运行的效率和质量，电力企业中引进了同业对标管理。针对现有综合评价方法的缺点和不足，结合电力同业对标的具体需要，提出了以层次分析法解决权重分配，以多维距离法解决企业指标的优劣的层次距离综合评价法，为电力同业对标管理工作的深入开展，提供理论支持。实际算例验证了本文方法的实用性、可靠性及均衡性。 |
