摘    要:以CF药剂为捕收剂,研究氧化铅锌矿物和含钙,镁,铁,硅脉石脉石矿物的浮选分离。结果表明,CF药剂可选择性捕收菱锌矿,白铅矿,而对方解石,白云石,石英和褐铁矿作用较弱,六偏磷酸钠和硫酸锌盐化水玻璃选择性抑制方解石,白云石,石英和褐铁矿,Pb(NO3)2是菱锌矿和白铅矿的有效活化剂。CF直接浮选和活化浮选,在自然pH值矿浆条件下都能较好地将菱锌矿,白铅矿与方解石,白云石,石英和褐铁矿分离,活化浮选能有效地降低CF药剂的用量,人工混合矿物的浮选验证了工艺的可行性。

Abstract:The flotation separation of the oxidized lead and zinc minerals from calcium, magnesium and iron bearing gangues is investigated with CF as collector The results indicate that the lead and zinc oxide minerals can be collected selectively by CF reagent from calcium, magnesium, iron and silicon gangues The sodium hexametaphosphate and sodium silicate with zinc sulfate are the effective depressants for calcite, dolomite, quartz and limonite Pb(NO 3) 2 is the effective activator for smithsonite and cerussite The smithsonite and cerussite can be separated from calcite, dolomite, limonite and quartz under natural pulp pH by direct flotation or activated flotation with CF as collector, but the dosage of CF reagent is low in activated flotation separation The feasibility of this process is proven by mixed ores flotation
