| 摘 要： | 金域擎天项目是由2栋塔楼及裙房组成的超限高层建筑,为多塔、高位悬挑、部分框支-剪力墙结构。采用基于性能的抗震设计方法,包括小震弹性计算、关键构件的中震及大震的不屈服验算、以及大震静力弹塑性分析,提出相应的超限设计措施,使结构能实现预定的性能目标。

| Abstract: | JinYu Garden is a ultra-limit high-rise building which is composed by 2 towers with a podium,it is a partial frame-supported shear wall structure with muti-tower and high-cantilever.Performance based seismic design is proposed,including elastic analysis under frequent earthquake,un-yielding check of pivotal components under medium earthquake and rare earthquake,static analysis under rare earthquake.Series of relevant are suggested to make sure the performance object can be well realized. |
