Abstract: | A bipositional quenching installation with sprayer and water-air cooling that increases labor productivity in quenching parts is described. The method of mathematical modeling is used to develop an optimum process for quenching work rolls for cold rolling and rolls for machines for continuous casting of steel in the quenching installation with the use of sprayer, water-air, and discontinuous sprayer cooling.
