| Abstract: | By the theory of supply chain management and combing the actual of Ma Steel, this paper brings forward the ways to manage the company,these ways include raising core competence, perfecting inner supply chain, optimizing outside competitive environment, constructing calculating model and information system. And it describes the principle, steps and prospect to design the SCM. |
