直流电炉冶炼钛渣时钛元素分配研究

摘    要:介绍了电炉冶炼钛渣的基本原理,分析了直流电炉冶炼钛渣时,钛元素的行为。将分析结果与采用30MW密闭电炉冶炼云南钛铁矿的试验结果进行对比,比较得出钛渣中钛存在的主要形式为二氧化钛和三氧化二钛,这两种氧化物分别占钛渣成分的50%和35%;钛渣中没有碳化钛存在;有微量的钛氧化物还原成金属钛进入铁相中。

Abstract:The basic principle for electric smelting of titaniferous slag is introduced and the behaviors of titanium element in DC furnace are analyzed. Comparing the analyzed conclusions with experimental results obtained from the smelting of Yunnan ilmenite in a 30MW DC airtight furnace, it has been found that the slag is composed of titanium dioxide and titanium sesquioxide which accounts for 50% of the slag respectively; no titanium carbide is in the slag; and tiny titanium oxide is reduced as titanium metal into iron phase.
