摘    要:在异丙醇和氢氧化钠合成异丙醇钠的反应装置中,采用环己烷作为共沸剂,脱掉反应生成的水,使反应能顺利进行。本文介绍了异丙醇、水、环己烷共沸脱水塔设计中的理论板计算。在计算中用非理想物系NRTL方程计算气——液相平衡数据;及各理论板上的温度、气相流量、液相组成。并提供一个计算机计算程序。

Abstract:In the industrial unit to produce isopropanal sodium by synthesis of isopropanal with sodium hydride, the cyclohexane is adopted as anazeo-ropizing agent and the water formed in dehydrolysis will enable the reaction to proceed well. In the study, the theoretical plate calculation of the dehydrolyzing tower is introduced, in which the mixture of isopropanal water and cyclohexane is azeotrope. The vapour-liquid equilibrium data are calculated by NRTL equation of the non-ideal system. So are the temperatures of the theoretical plates, the flow rates and the liquid phase compositions on each plate. And a computer program is given.
