普光高含H2S、CO2气田开发技术难题及对策

摘    要:普光气田属高含H2S、CO2特大型海相气田,气层埋藏深,高含H2S和CO2,厚度为300~400 m,在气藏储层研究、超深钻井技术、增产技术、井筒技术、地面工程技术等方面存在着某些世界级难题。为此,系统地分析了存在的主要技术问题,指出气藏地质、气藏工程基础研究亟待深化,安全、优质、快速钻井工程技术亟待配套提高,急需配套高含硫、巨厚气藏采气工艺和工程技术,高含硫气田的集输工艺技术还处于学习模仿阶段,“混合流体”的腐蚀机理及防护技术研究缺乏系统性和针对性,专用管材及设备国产化的研发有待加快,急需加快安全测控关键技术的研发和编制高H2S气田开发的标准系列。还从气藏工程、钻(完)井工程、采气工程、集输工程、防腐工程和关键设备及材料等方面有针对性地探讨了重点攻关方向和关键技术。

Abstract:The Puguang gas field is a large marine gas field, featured by deep burial of gas formation, high H2S and CO2 content, and bed thickness between 300 and 400 m. Therefore, as for developing this gas field, many difficult problems unsettled even in the other countries still exist in gas reservoir studies, ultra deep drilling techniques, EOR enhancing technology, well bore technology and surface engineering techniques, and so on. To this end, major technical problems have been systematically analyzed, and it is pointed out that the fundamental studies of gas reservoir geology and project need to be deepened, the drilling engineering technology with characteristics of safety, good quality and quickness need to be improved urgently, gas exploitation technology and engineering techniques for high sulfur and thick gas reservoirs are needed urgently, the gathering and transportation technology in high sulfur gas fields is still in the studying and imitating stage, the corrosion mechanism and protection technology for "mixed fluid" lack systematicness and pertinence, researches and development on the specialized pipe and equipment localization need to be speeded up, researches and development on key technique of security and control, as well as the preparation of standard series for the development of high sulfur gas fields are needed urgently. It is also investigated that the major tackling direction and key technologies of gas reservoir engineering, drilling (completing) engineering, gas production projects, gathering and transportation projects, preservation projects, as well as key equipments and materials.
