基于曲率变化率的公路线形设计安全评价

摘    要:针对公路路线传统设计方法的不足以及用运行速度评价公路线形质量的局限,依据公路设计安全至上的新理念,首次引入了曲率变化率的概念;指出曲率变化率是影响公路交通安全的重要因素;曲率变化率的安全评价标准及其在公路线形设计的应用方法,可以有效地检查和评价公路线形设计成果.其作为公路几何设计技术指标取值的依据,可为公路安全评价提供一种新方法.

Abstract:With the deficiency of traditional design methods for highway alignment as well as the limitation of evaluating highway alignment quality by means of the speed,the concept of curvature changing rate is put forward for the first time according to the new idea of design safty supremacy and it is pointed out that curvature changing rate is an important effect factor for highway traffic security.Safty evaluation criteria of curvature changing rate and its applications in highway alignment design can be used effectively in checking and assessing the design achievements of highway alignment,and can provide scientific basis for technical parameter of highway alignment design,which offers a new method for road safety evaluation.
