| Abstract: | The paper briefs the energy-saving achievements gained in China's power sources, power networks and demand sides over the past 20 years; analyzes the main experiences and existing problems in energy-saving as well as the gaps between China and foreign advanced levels and energy-saving potentials; looks forward to the power energy-saving targets for the last three years of "Tenth Five-year Plan", "Eleventh Five-year Plan" and the year 2020; puts forward the proposals on the thinking, key technological fields and main policy measures of the energy-saving of power industry. |
