20世纪上半期全国运动会场馆述略

20世纪初随着近代体育的传入中国,公共体育场作为专门的比赛场地应运而生。从1910年第一届至1948年第七届,全国运动会体育场馆不断完善,从临时借用场地发展为符合国际标准的专用比赛场馆,由单纯仿欧美式建筑风格转变成中国近代民族形式的探索,从推广体育运动的场所演进成为民族复兴意志下新民族体魄的空间表征。这些转变根植于中国近代化的场景,与近代体育文化的转变及国家民族主义的发展紧密相连。

Brief Account of the Venues for National Games during the First Half of the 20~(th) Century

Along with the introduction of modern sports to China in the early 20th century,specialized venues arose at that time.From the 1st session of the National Game in 1910 to the 7th session in 1948,the sports venues were get-ting improved from temporary rental site to specialized ven-ues with international standard,from merely patterned after Europe and America to exploring Chinese modern national style,from places for popularizing sports to spaces express-ing new national physique with strong will of national rejuvenation.All above are rooted in Chinese moderniza-tion and closely connected with the changes of physical cul-ture and national development.
