| Abstract: | This thesis is mainly on studying WCDMA traffic capacity model, estimating the network carrying capacity, and exploring factors related to network load and network quality. Optimization method of balanced load and capacity are pro- posed. Capacity, quality, monitoring, and optimizing processes （CQMOP） of dense urban network are summed up to a- chieve the reasonable use of wireless resource under good network quality conditions and to best meet user needs. |
