电力通信机房动力环境监控系统应用研究

摘    要:南方电网主干通信网分布于广东、广西、海南、云南和贵州5省区,各骨干通信站点分布范围广,通信机房环境及载波通信设备、电源设备运行状况难以实时掌握.在电力通信机房中,搭建基于TCP/IP的现场监控平台,分别对电力载波通信设备、电源设备、机房环境等各系统进行集中监控,整合各种设备、串口和协议,利用嵌入式Web技术,监控管理中心无需安装专用软件,直接通过IE浏览器就可对各接入站点机房进行实时监控,让通信运行维护人员实时监控机房环境及设备运行状况,及时采取有效措施对设备异常进行处理.

Abstract:Backbone communication network of China Southern Power Grid (CSG) covers Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Yunnan and Guizhou provinces. As main communication sites are widely distributed, communication room environment and the condition of carrier communication system, power supply system are hard to be supervised real time. At unattached communication sites, based on TCP/IP on-site monitoring platform, centralized monitoring system of power communication, power supply and room environment are constructed, merging various kinds of equipments, cluster communication ports (COM) and protocols, utilizing embedded web technics. Supervision center can use IE browser to access every communi- cation site without specific software; maintainers can monitor room environment and equipment operation, while they can take effective measures to dispose abnormal situations in time.
