伊斯兰教饮食文化及清真食品安全调查研究

摘    要:近几年来,中国食品安全问题频发,引发人们的思考。与此同时,穆斯林的食品安全同样也面临着严峻的挑战。主要研究了伊斯兰教的饮食文化,并针对大学生群体对伊斯兰教饮食文化的了解以及清真食品的安全问题进行调查。在统计分析的基础上,详细讨论了穆斯林学生群体对于上述问题的看法,并以此为基础,分析了中国清真食品行业当前的安全问题。

Abstract:Food safety problems occur frequently in China in recent years, which arise some thoughts about these problems. Chinese muslim food safety faces the same challenge. In this article, Chinese Islamic food culture was researched; the knowledge of Chinese Islamic food culture for the college students and halal food safety problems were investigated. On the basis of statistical analysis and discussion on these problems, the safety problems in present Chinese Halal food industry were analyzed.
