成都“吃”文化的满意度调查分析

摘    要:成都作为一座历史文化名城和“美食之都”,餐饮业在其国民经济中占有相当重要的地位,对成都“吃”文化的满意度调查分析具有重要的现实意义.通过调查分析,游客对成都“吃”文化的认可度较高,游客普遍重视成都饮食的味道和服务质量,能够反映成都地方特色的传统饮食文化备受青睐.成都“吃”文化的开发应以成都的地方饮食文化为特色,以川菜、风味小吃的开发和创新为核心,努力提高餐饮业服务质量和性价比,并借助电视、网络、多媒体等多种方式加大宣传和营销力度,进一步扩大成都“吃”文化的知名度.

Abstract:Chengdu is known as a city of gastronomy with long history and glorious culture. Catering industry plays and important role in its eeonomy, which makes the satisfaetion survey and analysis of its food euhure of great significanee. Aceordintg to the survey, tourists were generally satisfied with its food culture with much weight given to the flavor and service, which reflects the popularity of its local and traditional food. This paper suggests that the development of its food euhure be eharacteristie of local delieacy with speeial attention to pub-licizing and innovation of Sichuan cuisine and local flavor Equal importance should be given to service and maintaining reasonal priee. Meanwhile, marketing with multimedia such as TV and internet should be em-ployed to get a lot of publicity so as to increase the esteem of Chengdu food culture.
