印度某公司GP 320kA铝电解槽性能考核期间的技术参数控制

摘    要:中国铝电解工业一个重要的技术输出项目——印度GP320kA电解槽在2006年8~9月份的性能考核中取得了电流效率94.18%,直流电耗13403kWh/t-Al的技术指标。值得指出的是这个指标是在电流没有任何整流效率并且全部电解槽槽内铝量采用加铜盘存法测量的情况下取得的。本文仅就考核期间的技术参数的控制进行阐述,以供参考。

Abstract:Indian GP 320KA pot, the first technical output project of the Chinese aluminous industry have reached 94.18% current efficiency and 13403 kWh/t-AL specific energy DC during the performance guarantee test in August and September 2006. It worth pointing out that the target was reached without any rectifier efficiency and all the liquid aluminum in the pot was calculated by copper dilution. Now we share the parameter control during the performance guarantee test, hoping it can give some references to other projects.
