数控机床远程机械故障诊断和服务系统

摘    要:数控机床不仅可以通过高速、在线的远程诊断系统降低停机时间、减少故障发生和提高设备使用率,还可以通过动态数据进行机床加工状态监测和质量跟踪。文章介绍了基于华中I型数控系统上层软件和网络技术开发的数控机床远程诊断系统,并阐述了其主要功能模块、技术特点和操作步骤。试验研究表明,数控机床远程诊断系统具有实用性。

Abstract:Via high_speed and on_line remote diagnosing system, one can reduce breakdown time, cut down occurrence of failure and improve the equipment utilization for NC machine; in addition, with dynamic data, one can monitor the state and track quality for machining. The tele_diagnosing system for NC machine tool developed on basis of superior software of Huazhong I NC System and network technology is introduced, for which, the major functional modules, technical features and operation procedures are presented. Test shows the tele-diagnosing system for NC machine tool is practical.
