摘    要:采用真空液相烧结法制备Cr3C2基金属陶瓷。通过成分设计、优化烧结工艺提高Cr3C2基金属陶瓷力学性能。测定并计算了恒温氧化增重与时间的函数关系遵循抛物线规律。结果表明,这类陶瓷材料的氧化为"钝性氧化",显示出较好的抗氧化性。通过X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)等检测方法,分析了氧化膜的组成与结构,探讨了材料的氧化机制。

Abstract:In this paper,Cr3C2 based cermets was obtained by vacuum liquid pahse sintering.Designing component and optimization of agglomeration technology in order to improved mechanical of Cr3C2 based cermets.The function relations of isothermal weight gains vs oxidation time were determined.The results show that the oxidation kinetics of the Cr3C2 based cermets obeys the typical parabotic rule.The structure of oxidation films was analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The mechanism of oxidation resistance of Cr3C2 based cermets was discussed.
