多功能KSL—100滑套式井下水力开关

油田常用的井下开关控制工具只有开启或关闭一种功能 ,若要实现关闭 -开启 -关闭过程 ,必须重新起下管柱 ,因此施工时作业时间长 ,效率低。鉴于此 ,吐哈石油勘探开发指挥部钻采工艺研究院研制出多功能KSL— 10 0滑套式井下水力开关 ,采取液压控制 ,通过连接部分、控制部分和滑套关闭总成三者的有机结合 ,在井下一趟管柱即能成功实现关闭 -开启 -关闭过程。应用工艺和现场应用情况表明 ,KSL— 10 0滑套式水力开关适用于机械卡封、找堵水一趟管柱和选层酸化等多种作业 ,能简化管柱结构 ,降低作业难度和作业成本 ,提高作业效率。已在现场近5种工艺措施中成功应用 30余井次

Sliding sleeve type downhole hydraulic switch

In order to realize close-open-close of downhole switch in a trip, Model KSL-100 sliding sleeve type downhole hydraulic switch was developed. The switch adopts hydraulic control, carries out close-open-close process in a trip by means of the combination of the connection part, control part and sliding sleeve closing assembly. Model KSL-100 sliding sleeve type downhole hydraulic switch is suitable for use in mechanical plugging, water shutoff and acidization of selected zones. It can simplify the structure of pipe string, reduce operation cost and improve working efficiency, and has been used successfully 30 times in oil fields.
