| 摘 要： | 从分析焦作市区大气环境污染现状、特征及其成因出发,确定分析焦作市区大气环境承载力的发展变量、制约变量.根据制约变量及当地实际情况对各发展变量进行评分,再通过加权求和计算得出焦作市区1996～2000年大气环境承载指数的大小;最后提出了一些有助于焦作市经济社会发展的环境措施.

| Abstract: | Based on the conditions, characteristics and causes of atmosphere contamination in Jiaozuo city, the paper confirmed the developing variable and restricted variable for analyzing the atmosphere environment bearing capacity. According to the restricted variable and the city condition, the authors have graded the developing variable.By the method of power sum, the values of atmosphere environment bearing capacity in Jiaozuo city from 1996 to 2000 is calculated. Some measures for improving the enviroment quality of Jiaozuo city are put forward. |
