基于CFX的炉内空气动力场的数值模拟研究

摘    要:利用商用计算流体力学软件CFX,采用k-ε双方程模型,对某四角切圆燃烧锅炉增加分级风进行低NOx技术改造后炉内空气动力场进行了数值模拟。数值模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好,说明该数值模拟方法能够较好地反映炉内真实的流场特性.验证了计算方法及数值模型的正确性及合理性。分析了炉内气流流动特性和水平烟道烟温偏差的形成机理,计算结果为完善锅炉冷热态试验及指导安全运行提供了参考。

Abstract:Based on the k -ε turbulent model, the aerodynamic field in furnace of a tangentially fired boiler after reconstructing was simulated by using CFD software CFX. The numerical simulation results are m gooa agreement with the experimental ones, which indicates that the numerical simulation method can relatively well reflect the true flow characteristics in furnace. Therefore, the agreement has demonstrated the correctness and reliability of computational method and mathematical model. The flow characteristics in furnace and the forming mechanism of the flue gas velocity deviation in the horizontal pass are analyzed, the computational results provide important reference for improving boiler tests and guaranteeing boiler safe performance.
