摘    要:针对克拉玛依油田七中区佳木河组裂缝性油藏特点。为降低水平钻井扭矩和阻力,提高大斜度井段和水平井段的环空携岩效果,减少油层污染,在HW702水平井选用了复合离子型聚合物钻井液完井液,进行了抑制性加重钻井液技术研究、钻井液完井液环空携岩试验,并利用粗细碳酸钙、磺化沥青等对裂缝性油藏进行粒子架桥和可变形粒子的充填暂堵的保护油层方法,成功地钻成了HW702水平井。

Abstract:The complex ionic polymer-drill and well completion fluids were used in the light of the features of fissure-type oil accumulation of Karamay oil field. The research of restricted and weighted drill fluid technique,and the test of rock-carrying in the air by drill and well completion fluids were done. The coarse-fine calcium carbonate, sulphonating bitumen were also used to protect the oil layers by particle bridging, filling and plug of deformable particles. The drilling of HW 702 horizontal well was successful.
