摘    要:苏州圣利线缆有限公司是一家专业生产漆包铜圆线的企业,原生产设备能耗高、不环保。企业通过采用二次触媒催化燃烧技术对漆包工艺进行技术改造,降低用电单耗,提高生产效率,消除了污染排放,提升了产品的市场竞争力,节电效果十分明显。

Abstract:Suzhou Shengli Wire Limited Company produces enameled copper wire professionally,but the original production equipments were of high energy consumption and not environmental friendly.The company transformed enameled process by using secondary catalytic combustion technology to reduce electricity unit consumption,improve production efficiency,eliminate pollution emission and improve the market competitiveness of the product,which lead to obvious energy saving effect.
