YBa_2Cu_3O(7-x)超导粉的合成及其质量鉴别

摘    要:用红外光谱测定 YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-x) 合成过程中碳酸根含量的变化,用燃烧-气相色谱法测定碳含量,以此作为判据,评定合成粉品质,并由此确定 YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-x) 的合成工艺。

Abstract:The variation of carbonate content in YBa_2 Cu_3 O_(7-x) supercon-ducting power for calcining process was studied by means of IR absorption me-thod.The carbon content was examined with Combustion-Gas Chromatographmethod.Each of them can be applied to check the quality of YBa_2 Cu_3 O_(7-x)superconducting power and determined suitable process of calcination.
